Why was it deprecated?  We still use it in our builds.

Because of the Orbit bundle retention policy, we only keep the previous couple of versions. I missed that the Platform was still using it. I will add it back for the next build. In the meantime I don't believe the content has changed so you can grab it from the previous Orbit stable build.

Sorry about that Kim. JUnit is a special case because rather than only being interested in the last X versions, we are interested in versions from multiple streams. 

I have released changes to add it back to the Orbit build. Since Orbit has already declared for M5, I have marked this bug for M6.
