1. F1
2. Detach the 'Help' view.
3. It has now disappeared.
4. Pressing 'F1' again does nothing.

Resetting the perspective doesn't help. Closing and reopening the perspective doesn't help. Restarting doesn't help. If you restart the 'Help' view will appear in a detached window.

Broken since at least I20101216-1305. Doesn't look like a new bug. Likely because the rendering engine only handles changes in the children feature and not the window feature.

Add code to the rendering engine so that it reacts to detached windows being added.

Patch and tests released to HEAD.

Verified with I20110307-2200 on Windows XP.
