This bug is for the backport of bug 335021 to TM 3.2.2.
The original patch applies cleanly.

Patch with the original fix + all version / copyright updates

Attached patch has the original fix, plus all plugin/feature version updates which are needed because the Terminal is included in all features upto RSE SDK. 
For any feature that's being updated, I also fix the update site to be ".../tm/" rather than ".../dsdp", and fix the Copyright-to-year.

Could a committer please review and +1 this?
