The about dialog's text needs to say 2011 now instead of 2010.

This is the 4.x bug.

Once more.  With feeling.
What needs to happen:

org.eclipse.platform
- update the about.properties and the plugin.properties

org.eclipse.sdk
- update the plugin.properties

Notes:
- I'm not sure why we don't care about about.properties in the sdk bundle.  Apparently it's not used.
- Not sure why we have the value in multiple places
- I've been unable to verify the 3.7 version of these changes in an inner eclipse.  but since the build id substitution is made during build, I'm hoping/assuming that it gets taken care of there.

I've updated all of those places ... the features all have copyright info in them that also says 2010 but I didn't change those .
