The fix to #322483 introduced a regression, which meant that, on Mac OS,  Epsilon programs that referenced a model could not be launched. URIs are no longer resolved to platform:resource URIs on Mac OS.

I've checked in a fix for this to SVN, and this appears to work on both Windows and Mac. This allows users to launch Epsilon programs, and to use external object references with HUTN.

HUTN now uses a slightly different method on EmfUtil to resolve external object references.
