Say that I have a managed dependency on slf4j.
Now, when I type in slf4j in the dependency dialog, I would like to see the managed dependency as the first result since this is likely the thing that I'm looking for.

An idea for presenting this, is do what is done by JDT in the Open Type dialog where the matches that are presented first are those that have been returned previously (see attached screenshot).
