The Shell#getToolBar() method returns a tool bar that can appear on the trim of the shell of null if the platform does not support such thing.
Currently the method is marked as UNDER CONSTRUCTION. Once the API has stabilized, the method could be implemented to always return null.

The API UNDER COSTRUCTION warning was removed from HEAD in SWT

Added Shell#getToolBar method that always returns null. Changes are in CVS HEAD.
