Build Identifier: M20100909-0800, EGIT Jan 21 nightly build

Currently we have push/fetch in the toolbar. But now the EGIT has pull in the context menu, fetch should be replaced with pull in the toolbar.
Fetch is rarely used directly, most of the time Pull is what you need.
