- which version of egit are you using ? - could you retry with latest nightly build ? - did you do all steps using egit or did you also use native git for some of the steps ? - I am also on mac but never faced this problem ... can't reproduce this on Mac using 1.0.0-SNAPSHOT, if you have any evidence that I am wrong come back with more details and reopen this bug |
Created attachment 187255 [details] EGit always show my files as "modified" status My testing steps is 1. Create a Java project 2. Import my code from file system 3. Share my project 4, I choosed Git 5. Create a local repository 6. add then commit my code to local repository In theory , EGit show not show my files as "modified" after I finish committing , But Seems EGit has bug about that , Please refer to my screenshot
