Each sub-project should have a website that is linked to from http://eclipse.org/mylyn and listed in the navigation bar on the left hand side:

 http://eclipse.org/mylyn/commons
 http://eclipse.org/mylyn/context
 http://eclipse.org/mylyn/docs
 http://eclipse.org/mylyn/incubator
 http://eclipse.org/mylyn/tasks
 http://eclipse.org/mylyn/versions
 
Sub-projects that already have their own web presence should keep their existing locations, e.g.:

 http://eclipse.org/reviews
 http://eclipse.org/egit

Incubating projects need to properly indicate the incubation status on the website.

Respective Mylyn projects are now marked as confirming to Incubation guidelines at http://eclipse.org/projects/listofprojects.php . I'll mark this as resolved but we have to do a major update of content and design at some point.
