It includes bundles that have changed in the 3.6.2 timeframe.  This in turn means that the org.eclipse.equinox.sdk feature needs to have its feature version incremented to 3.6.2 as well.

I released the equinox.sdk feature patch. 

I think the equinox.p2.sdk feature needs its version incremented too.
