This patch adds the common integer and boolean operators and their interpreter tests

The interpreter needs to implement operators for integers and booleans conforming to the Xbase language specification. The implementation has to be added to org.eclipse.xtext.xbase.lib/src/org/eclipse/xtext/xbas/lib/Operators.java . Interpreter tests are also needed for those operators.
