Build Identifier: 

1. Create a model project with entities A and E with association class to entity E.
2. Create instance diagram.
3. Add entity A to instance diagram.
4. Open 'Add related artifacts' - 'Select Related Artifact' dialog box for entity A. Add artifact E with new instance name.
5. Instance Edit dialog opens. Add instance name for association class.

Expected result:
Dialog closes and instances A, E and association class are displayed on diagram.

Test result:
New Instance Edit dialog opens to add instance name for the same association class.
When dialog closes, instances A, E and 2 association classes are displayed on diagram.
