The ordering and group placement for many items in the 'Navigate' menu is wrong. This destroys the intent of the plug-in developers about how important an entry is and also makes it hard for long time users to switch to 4.x since menu items are at a different place. 1. start new workspace 2. paste "public class A {}" into Package Explorer 3. open the 'Navigate' main menu ==> compare to 3.x. Some entries (e.g. 'Copy from Clipboard') are now in another group, some are inverted and some look completely randomly reordered.
