Please modify the DTP 1.9 distribution bundles (dtp-1.9.0xxx, dtp-p2repo-1.9.0xxx, dtp-sdk-1.9.0xxx) and the N_updates_1.9 build to include the plugin org.apache.lucene v1.9.1 from Orbit.

This is needed to resolve a run-time problem that occurs when we run DTP 1.9 against Eclipse 3.7.  See bug 333514, https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=333514

Fixed, update build script to include
the plugin org.apache.lucene v1.9.1 in DTP 1.9 distribution bundles.
