When adding a new external web browser via Preferences -> General -> Web Browsers, if you point to /Applications/Google Chrome.app, it says invalid location value. 

But the dialog the browse button opens does not allow you to go into the .app folder and choose /Applications/Google Chrome.app/Contents/MacOS/Google Chrome

If this path is typed in to the Location text field, then all is well.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Preferences -> General -> Web Browsers.
2. Click on New.
3. Type in a name.
4. Click on the Browse button.
5. Pick /Applications/Google Chrome.app

Notice that it says invalid value. If you manually edit the text to point to the binary sitting in the .app, then it works, but the dialog doesn't let you go there.
