When  we try to create a activity diagram or a sequence diagram into a package, a collaboration is  automatically created.
It could be nice to ask to the user what kind of behaviored classifier, he wants to created, or extension point to precise for example the default behaviored classifier

Currently the Interaction is created directly in the Package (There is no intermediate BehavioredClassifier)
