Can we install js test driver on build.eclipse.org?

This is the test framework the Orion is using to run unit tests.

Could this tool also be made available for hudson?

As with the other bug, we've setup /shared/common to be writable by all committers for just this
purpose.  Install your tools there -- they will be accessible to Hudson as well
via the same paths.
