Build Identifier: Build id: 20100917-0705 with RAP 1.3.1

As a comment in the method itself there is a link to http://www.w3.org/TR/html401/types.html#type-cdata (id and name) in order to know which characters are allowed.
In the document linked also "-" is allowed, but the implementation compeletly ignores hyphens.
I really need to have "-" in my ids for my purposes.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enable test with "-Dorg.eclipse.rwt.enableUITests=true"
2. use an id with an hyphen somewhere
3.
