Steps:

- Install 0.2 M4 from the download page
- Start the server
- Add a user
- restart the server
- Attempt to login with user created above

-> Login fails.

On each startup, the users.xml gets extracted by the framework because it is not a writable file. This causes all user data from previous sessions to be lost.

Orion uses Equinox Secure Storage as the default user storage now. Users are not lost on Orion server restart now.
