Doubleclicking on a Jar file in the Navigator view currently brings up the text 
editor.  It would be helpful if opening a Jar would bring up a cheat sheet that 
would present a summary of the JAR files contents.

Bear in mind that the workbench knows nothing about Jar files, since these are 
a Java-specific archive format.
The workbench could do a better job of handling binary files though.
It could also do a better job of handling arbitrary archive formats.

There are no plans for the UI team to work on this defect until higher 
priority items are addressed.
