Using IE 9.0.7930.16406

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log into Orion. Go to navigate-table.html if you don't land there by default.
2. Click the "Unit Test" button to the right of the search field.
3. The unit test page doesn't open.

The error after step 3 is:

>  SCRIPT87: Invalid argument.  anonymous code (5), line 4 character 7
>> window.open("/jsunit-test.html#" , "Unit Test");

This is evidently due to the space character in the 2nd parameter to window.open(), see http://stackoverflow.com/questions/2189537/javascript-window-open-code-wont-work-in-internet-explorer-7-or-8
