I opened a compare editor for some existing difference and suddently I started to get this NPE.
I had to close Eclipse as I was constantly getting it.

I am using I20110110-1454 (4.1 I-build).

Not really. Now that the code has been released for the copyrights updated, it is difficult to reproduce.
