Steps:
1. When on Login dialog, click "Create EclipseWeb account"
2. After the new dialog showed up, click x in the top right corner (close the dialog)
=> error in console: dojo.byId("createUserErrorsList") is null
=> no dialog is displayed and the main screen stays at "Loading..."
should be: I think a better approach is to open the login dialog again

Issue is reproducible in 0.2M4 build as well. In addition to this the same behavior is observed if we close the log in window.

I got rid of second dialog to create user and this problem got fixed by the way.
