High Contrast display "hides" the colon in the source view of the fragment editor. All other text in the source is viewable.
This is also an issue for the plug-in editor's source view.

Investigate in M6.

It appears that in high contrast mode, the font that is chosen for colons matches the background colour.

Looking into this some more, I don't think there is a bug here.

If you are in high contrast mode (and the OS provides a hint that we are in high contrast mode) the default colour for the value text and the assignment colons changes from black to white.

If the high contrast hint doesn't change (or the workspace was previously used in a non-high contrast mode so the default is overidden) the text will be black on a dark background. If a user changes the value text colour on the PDE > Editors preference page the colons will still appear dark.

Solution is to also modify the "Assignment" colour on the PDE > Editors preference page. That changes the colour of the colons.

Am I missing something here or can this be closed as WORKSFORME?

I tried changing the colors in PDE -> Editors and I was able to see the colons. I'm closing out this bug.

Thanks Curtis.
