It would be good to have a static "dependencies" update site which can contain external features which don't have update site like EPF Richtext.

Would it be possible to also integrate linux fragment? I am afraid that integrating only the win32 fragment will constraint the installation of Papyrus on win32 machines only.

there is no linux fragment, it is only needed for win32.

can you upload this new update site ?
it should resolve the problem encounters when building the M7 eclipse platforms.

I will publish the code in svn extraplugins.

Here is a v6 for the EPF Richtext update site. This fix a bug with scrollbar and linux (see bug 244838).

The code has been updated on the SVN. Can you publish the update site ?
