FileStore.putInfo(IFileInfo, int, IProgressMonitor) is not overridden in GitFileStore so FileStore.transferAttributes(IFileInfo, IFileStore) fails with "the file system is read only" message when copying file or folder.

We don't need it at the moment. Removing the target milestone.
