Method EObjectValidator#reportFractionDigitsViolation reports error code DATA_VALUE__TOTAL_DIGITS_IN_RANGE rather than (more appropriate) DATA_VALUE__FRACTION_DIGITS_IN_RANGE.

The changes are available in EMF 2.7 M7 or an earlier build.
