During a recent M build, the 
org.eclipse.wst.jsdt.web.ui.tests.AllWebUITests 
unit tests were taking over an hour. It appears they normally finish very quickly ... so, I assume they were hung, or something. I took 3 thread dumps a few seconds apart, and killed the test (trying to make sure the tests overall finished). 

It was this build (still running as I write this).
