It looks like we're using cursor:pointer on the entire toolbar, even the parts that aren't clickable. We should only show it for actual buttons.

E.g. I really thought the 'Eclipse' logo in navigate-table.html was a clickable button that would take me back to the root, but it isn't.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in to the Orion UI.
2. Move the mouse cursor over the toolbar
3. Observe cursor is always a pointer (hand), even when over empty space.

This link used to take you back to the root, we may have messed this up in refactoring.  (Does the logo in the editor take you back?)

In 0.2M4 build link is working fine. i.e. When we click Eclipse logo it takes us to the main page (navigate-tree.html).

However as a normal user i would expect a link to the eclipse site in the eclipse logo. I would suggest a home button or some other icon for that link and not the Eclipse logo.

The description isn't very clear... What I meant to say is: when I'm on navigate-table.html, and I've drilled into a subfolder, clicking the logo should take me back to the workspace root. Right now it does nothing.

Yeah, I like that idea.

there is no longer an eclipse logo in the header, but it is still true that the hand cursor is over the whole header.

cursor issue is fixed now with the new header layout.
Our intention is that the orion logo takes you to your "home" page which is the landing page.  We might add a "Home" text link next to the logo, this is in some mockups and will be covered as we evolve the styling.
