eclipse help updated for Indigo
This patch updates the Eclipse help for Indigo. Following has been updated
* "Intrudation" contains now links to RAP FAQs, Wiki and Support web sites.
* new topic added "Concepts". Contains:
- RAP architecture overview
- Scopes
- Threading Model
* the topic "Advanced Topics" has been extended with:
- RWT Standalone
- Data Stores

contains the images for the updated Eclipse help
The ZIP archive contains the new images needed. The folder should be placed into "org.eclipse.rap.ui.help/help/images" folder.
I revised those help contents that were outdated, in particular the chapters on hello-world, branding, and custom widgets. The new chapters by Beyhan didn't make it into the release anymore. I opened bug 348350 to include them later. GEF documentation is missing from the Indigo help at http://help.eclipse.org/indigo/index.jsp (In reply to comment #4) > GEF documentation is missing from the Indigo help at http://help.eclipse.org/indigo/index.jsp This bug is about the RAP documentation in Indigo.
