Cell editors and associated extension point have been moved from oegm.infra.discoverymanagers to oegm.infra.common.ui (rev 3718 & 3720)

Revert has been done from last commit : cells editors are provided with emffacet (see bug 334368) and no more with oegm.infra.discoverymanagers
