<Property> notation no longer supports setting object, just strings. Therefore the documentation for JDBC session setup needs to change to refer to using <Ref> instead.

I think I have fixed this, but please take a quick look as I have just replaced <Property> with <Ref>, and that might not be correct.

Also, I have moved the doc from codehaus to eclipse, and I think we could delete from codehaus as the functionality is specific to Jetty 7 and above. But I seem not to have editing rights to codehaus.
