HEAD Cocoa, not a dup of bug 330540.

A Shell with SWT.SHEET style doesn't take focus any more. This can be seen in
the ControlExample and when you try to close a dirty editor.

Works fine if I add SWT.RESIZE.

Broke this with the fix for bug 330540. Need to check for NSDocModalWindowMask in canBecomeKeyWindow.

Fixed > 20100110.
