[Wizard] Respect file extension of the UML model when initializing diagram from an existing model:
1. Create a simple UML model, no profiles applied, no profile definitions. Call it 'model.uml'
2. Create a new Profile Papyrus model, it will have file extension 'profile.uml'. That's correct
3. Now invoke 'New/ papyrus Model wizard' for the 'model.uml', the wizard will propose and require 'profile.uml' extension.
