I'm assuming similar to other bugs in bug 333678, but this case I think involves incorrect, or at least odd, logic. 

It has a line similar to 

for (long i=0; i< 10000000; i++)j = i + 1;

which basically just does a million computations for unknown reasons. There might be some reason ... but sure looks like an error to me. 

I'll attach patch that keeps the behavior pretty much as it has been (still sleeps for 2 seconds) but takes out the computation. There may be other ways of fixing the code, if anyone knows what its supposed to be accomplishing ... but, if it was me ... I'd just cutout anything that wasn't understood.
