The goal is to unify PHP Debug perspective with Platform Debug. In the result PHP Debug perspective should be removed from PDT and be replaced by a standard Platform Debug one.

This patch removes PHP Debug perspective and replace all references to it with platform Debug perspective. The only thing which is not removed is perspective icon.
