I have recently added a bundle to Orbit in the project org.apache.felix.gogo.runtime. The build scripts should be updated to _not_ condition this bundle for pack200.

I think this file needs to be edited: /org.eclipse.orbit.releng.builder/scripts/build/buildutilities.xml (do a search for "excludejars" and look at the "updatePackProperties" target). David/Kim can comment as they have more experience with this part of the build.

Since finally the bundle is added with repacking, it should not be marked for not being conditioned. I close the bug.
