patch to set cached columns once the full map has been loaded none

Description David Myers CLA 2011-01-06 16:41:10 EST
Build Identifier:

We would like to reatin the size of an expanded column in the Remote System Details view. Today if you select an object in RSE, you get list of children. If you then expand a column, for example, the 'Entry Date' to see the complete date and time and then leave the filter view (try click the icon Move Backward or Move Up). If you then return to filter to display the filter view again, the column 'Entry Date' is displayed with its default size, that meaning : the expand you did just before was not kept.
If you move a column to another location and quit the view, and returning to the view again, the new location was correctly saved and the column is correctly displayed in the chosen location. But the column width is not saved.

Column width should be maintained across invocations .

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select object in RSE view
2. Open details view
3. Resize column
4. Select other object in RSE view
5. Column width reset

I've committed the fix to cvs and I've opened bug 333703 for the backport.
