The 4.1 builds don't have any performance tests.

In order to see how 4.x does compared to our 3.x stream we should compare against 3.6.

Since the 4.x stream builds run on foundation hardware, it would be logical that 4.x performance tests also run there.  I opened a bug there yesterday requesting that Friends of Eclipse money be allocated to buying performance machines.  See bug 333594.

Too late now. Performance tests enabling are handled via other bugs now.
