By any chance, is this a windows only bug? Its working for me on Mac + I20110104-0920 + fresh workspace.
Reproduced with N20110104-2000 on Windows XP. 1. Start N20110104-2000 on a new workspace. 2. Close the 'Welcome' view. 3. Make a new simple project. 4. Make a text file. 5. File > Exit 6. Start Eclipse again. 7. Edit the already opened document. 8. Ctrl+S does not work. Created attachment 186142 [details]
