A part of the Modisco project has been pushed into a new project: EMF Facet. this sub-part is the part used by Papyrus project, so the dependencies should be updated in Papyrus. Metamodels URIs have been updated, the same shoud be done for Papyrus cuzstomization.

Fixed in r3629

Warning: For browser customization, the models of customization (queries, ui configuration, etc.) use new URIs. To update those files, I replaced modisco => emffacet and MoDisco => EmfFacet.
