I use Papyrus 0.7.1.v201012160302 and when I right click on an element and click on add Note, I have a dialog "Not implemented. Should not be called".

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Right click on an element
2.Click on Add Note
3.

It is normal, the UML element "comment" plays this role.
In the version 0.10.X the menu Add note is not accessible.
So I close this bug.
