The tree-based Ecore editor shipped with EMF should be able to work on a CDO repository.

Stored the initial version in CVS under 'org.eclipse.emf.cdo.dawn.ecore.editor.dawn' to provide a base for further development. But actually it's already working quite nice.

Because the extended editor cannot delete or move EClasses that contain references until bug 333299 is solve I set this one depending on 333299.

I fixed the editorId, which held an old value and added to correct settings for the project. Patch is left as future reference.
