Error messages seem to come back in the header (h1) tag. Need to process out things like authentication errors and such. We probably don't want to close the "Submit" wizard until we've authenticated (at least) so that we don't have to bother the user to re-enter information if they mis-type their credentials.

I believe that the errors are appropriately managed. I'm going to close this bug as FIXED. If we uncover specific error codes that need to be handled, we can open another bug.
