References in non-Xtext resources, e.g. XMIResources, should be updatable, too.

Extracted generic EMF resouorce services from Ecore resource services to make them easier reusable with other non-Xtext models. We should harmonize EmfResourceDescription and DefaultResourceDescription when fixing bug #311560.

Exemplary implementation of an IReferenceUpdater for Ecore models. Not sure yet, whether this should stay. JUnit tests still missing.
