Steps to reproduce:
Create Bugzilla query, enter email (in either email field), select anything but "contains" and hit Finish.
Reopen the query settings page afterwards and observe that the constraint type is "contains". The query itself however seems to be correct, so I think this is a bug in making the right selection for the UI. If one would confirm the reopened query page, the query will be changed to "contains".
