Currently you will have to know what the icon colour means. I suggest adding a label that describes the what build plan status is. This should probably apply to all statuses, not just "disabled".

Good idea. I would suggest to use square brackets for consistency with the platform and to make it more clear that the status it's not part of the name: My bulid plan... [disabled]. Would be great if we could even use a different color like decorators in views.
