Reproducible with Controls Demo -> CTabFolder Tab
1. Select the checkbox "Background Image". Nothing changes.
2. Click on the "Background" button to change the background color. Background image is still not visible.
3. Click on the "Background" button 3 more time to remove the background color. Background image is now visible.

Fixed in CVS HEAD.

The background-image needs to be applied to the "_body" subwidget, not the CTabFolder itself.
