Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Preferences>PHP>Editor>Syntax Coloring
2. Select 'Constants' (it is disabled and 'Italic' is checked by default)
3. Click 'Enable'
=> Sample text won't be changed
4. Click 'Bold' for example
=> Now coloring is applied to sample text
5. Click 'Enable' to disable
=> Sample text won't be changed back to default

Enabling/disabling should affect immediately.
